I store my falcon with the engine on the carpet and the two fins leaning against the wall. It doesn't take much space that way.

Eventually I plan on making a wall mount for it.

I have daughters... mind you it hasn't stopped them 'needing' a lot of WALL-E figures, a Robo Raptor or a Harry Potter Hornby train set.

As much as they like SW, I just know they'd draw the line at the Falcon!

Incidentally, it was a lot easier than I thought--two hooks in the ceiling and 4 pieces of the strongest fishing line you can buy. I just crisscrossed the loops from bow to stern and from port to starboard. I used different lengths of line to get the tilt, but eventually that space will have a shelf behind it--so when I move it I'd like to have her flush to the ceiling.

My favorite collectible of 2008 was the Scout Trooper/Speeder bike PF. Surely better than Batman!

I've only had one thing fall (my fault), but fishing line always seems to worry me. I use picture hanging wire just to be extra safe.

BTW, I love your Jesus figure collection! Particularly the vinyl spaceman version. I need to get me some of those.

My girl bought the $5 warranty for it, so if it falls in the next year--I'm safe. And I'm using sport fishing line, that stuff could hold three of these things. The ship isn't very heavy actually--just bulky, but pretty much hollow. It's really just about distributing equal pressure btw the 4 lines.

And thanks for the props on the Jesus collection! Largest in the Universe at 18 Jesuses strong!
