Actually, it was done by an unknown teenage Korean Sculptor....just kidding. You guys are correct, it is Andy's work. For those interested in castings, check this out https://sideshowcollectors.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1624552#post1624552

As the seasons progress on the show, the scar get's a little more faint, here are some better pics of it.

Absolutely fantastic sculpt

Whats the intended recipe for the final figure ?

body clothes accesories etc

I personally would make mine like the John Locke from Season 1 (what I consider the most iconic look), Cargo pants, shirt and the hunting vest. But there are so many possibilities since the characters clothes changes from season to season.

I will definitely go with one of the new true types with the "less bulkey" shoulders. Maybe even thin the chest down a little. Otherwise I'm with NightCreeper, a set of cargo pants, knife, t-shirt and vest. I need to play around with a look that I like for the arms, since he usually wears short sleeves.

Also, I already have the character picked out for the second sculpt, but I'm curious, what characters rank at the top of the list of choices.

You gotta have Hurley. I would also be interested in seeing a sculpt of Desmond. Getting the likeness right seems kind of challenging in my mind.

See, this is one reason I am hoping Hot Toys releases the Muscle body on it's own. That way we can customize a lot of figures with short sleeves and the arms won't look silly.

As for which sculpts are ranked up top?

I would say the top three would be:

Sawyer
Desmond
Ben

With others also being:

Sayid
Richard (whom I actually think would be an awesome one to get)
Daniel Faraday
Jin
etc.

I'm not so sure about Hurley, you'd have to custom make a Fat-suit to place around the body of the figure....and also have the neck proportioned correctly to fit in the neck joint as well. It might be very challenging.

And Mike, thank you so much for sharing these sculpts with us!

Ben is my fav, Jack's a must (and would be a nice bookend second sculpt), Charlie and Sawyer would be fun, I'd love to see Andy's take on Kate, Hugo is great but might be tricky to pull off, then there's Sayid and Desmond and Jin and Sun and Claire... :D

Sounds like you nailed my preference as well, though I'd love to see a Juliet. Ben is a must, though.

(I'd also love to see Richard Alpert, and, if you wanted to go for a kind of an odd choice, Dr. Pierre Chang would be fun since he's in all the orientation videos.)

A beauty of a sculpt. Dead-on likeness. Love the detail lines and creases in the skin, especially the work on the neck.

I find Locke to be the most interesting 'Lost' character, since the moment he stared curiously at his wriggling toe moments after the crash.

That said, Ben is my fav and the most riveting. He really reinvented the show.

I'd love to paint Ben's creepy eyes. I'd definitely paint one all beaten up. Michael Emerson is fantastic! So glad they kept him longer than the planned 3 eps. I heard someone complaining about him, that he doesn't fit with the rest of the cast, that he's the Vincent Price of the island. But that's part of his charm and why I dig him so. :lol

Dr. Chang is a really iconic side character in a show that doesn't particularly have iconic looking characters. If we wanted to play the fantasy figure choice deeper than the core scooby gang, I'd love to see a wild-eyed crazy Clancy Brown sculpt in dharma hazard togs.
