I like South Park a lot more than Family guy,

some of the jokes of family guy are too in your face, or too obvious, and not even funny,

is kinda like if a guy walks into a room, a classroom lets say and screams:

"LOOK EVERYONE THE TEACHER IS BALD. HAHAHAHAHHAHA"

sometimes that's kinda what Family guy is, obvious and stupid jokes,

south park is pretty low brow, and gross, and racist, yeah, but they are not so dumb with their jokes, I mean, not as much,

watching family guy feels like being hit on the head with a bat over and over going "THIS IS FUNNY, YOU LAUGH NOW, FUNNY FUNNY"

South Park takes a tough subject, lays it out in every horrible way, and then brings it back to show you the truth about it.

Like the Timmy 2000 episode. It spends most of it laughing at Timmy, and his mental condition, and then finally at the end, brings a point to the whole thing.

Family Guy takes a tough subject matter, throws it into a 30 second joke for shock value, and that's it. It's mean spirited.

Like the Michael J Fox Zorro gag. What the ____ is that? That's just mean spirited nasty humor. For no reason. It's just not funny.

If you want to go there, you better have a point. I just can't stand the places that show goes. It's just nasty and mean for the sake of it. In small doses, it's funny...but when that's your whole show....eh.


I miss 1999's Family Guy.

The show where Kenny was brain dead and they were fighting about letting him die, which was based on a newstory. Or the one about voting and how your vote counts (or not). Vote or Die!

Those are two right off my head that really stand out.

It's the incessant cut away gags that are the worst for that 'laugh at this now' stuff. Not to mention the fact the jokes are recycled about 50 times and ripped off from other sources.
There's ********* who I work with that lap this **** up, I cringe hearing them talk about it.

Meh. I did actually enjoy the first few seasons but sadly it's suffered the same fate as the simpsons and is just monotonous now.

yep, I don't mind family guy or people that watch it,
and I use to love the first seasons, I personally try to sit down and watch it now but the show gets too loud for its own good, specially peter, Peter Griffin is the reason I stopped watching it, he goes too over the edge,

Not really. The humor is more for someone like Fear 666xxx or Fuzzyjunks.

South Park is the greatest American cartoon since Ren & Stimpy, and it is ****ing brilliant. You insult the honor of South Park by including such an unmentionable in its fanbase.

I demand satisfaction.

when South park is good, it is REALLY Good, like, hilarious, laugh out loud hilarious, and awesome,

when South park is bad though.... it is tedious, boring, lame and stupid, some episodes are really dumb, and feel like a chore to finish them,
most of the time Is good, but sometimes is really dumb, not many times though,
