Any news on Patrick??

To be honest I really didn't preorder cause I don't trust in Iconiq but I'm still following this figure very closely and I just hope they actually deliver what they are showing in those promo pics

I still have my old and incomplete patrick bateman but if that iconiq second sculpt looks as good as the prototype then I'm totally in

I haven't ordered this, but having just watched American Psycho again for the first time in a few years, I might just have to pick this one up after final pics are released.

I'm never anxious or in any hurry for ANY figure to be released whether I have a PO deposit on it or not.

If and when all is ready and it's produced, released, and in hand pics confirm its final design and quality, then fine.

If not, then it's a disappointment and I move on. There are other 1:6 figures to buy and pre-order.

I'm not hedging any confidence/faith. I'm aware of Iconiq and some of the behind the scenes knowledge, but that don't mean jack. In the end, its about the final design and quality of the product "in hand" and the perspective of value for the money by collectors.

Delayed to Q1 2023 via their website. Issues with the screaming sculpt during manufacturing, they are trying to sort it out and eventually will.
Because of the delay the figure will now come with a couple more new accessories (extra hands/cd) or you can get a refund for the long wait if you bought direct from them.

I’ll just patiently wait.

Eh, I'm fine waiting. Gives me some extra time with my payments too. I just hope that it'll come out good instead of subpar. Also, they need to give us the Dubshand.

good. i dont mind waiting as long as they get it right. its good that theyre transparent about it. id imagine all orders will come with the new accessories now.

I worry more about the final paint job than anything for this. Hope it isn't as chalky and weird as it was on the prototype. Great to see them being transparent about the process though.

I'm excited but i remain cautiously optimistic. I really want this to be good, and i hope they update the paint applications since those proto pics looked very cheap toy like. The accessories are sick and that screaming headsculpt is amazing. They released ryu in 1/6 so I'm not sure how that one went I'll have to look at some reviews. If it turned out good, then I'm more hopeful this will.

id figure whenever this figure will come out, this thread will be more active. I'm first in line for this, I can't wait for it. i have a lot of faith in iconiq in putting out good products. I'm still deciding on the silent hill figs, but Patrick is a must for me. gonna consider swapping out the tie for custom ones unless they decide to update it since its kinda thick looking, but excited nonetheless.

delayed because of molding issues for the paul allen murder sculpt, they included extra goodies as an apology since it got delayed and offered people full refunds as well if they choose to leave since the deadline wasn't met. honestly that move alone speaks volumes to me for a company. will definitely be wanting to spend money with them going forward

I don't think you have anything to worry about...when was the last time we heard an update on this figure?

New update they posted today with an image on the production version. Looks to be shipping out soon.

Pretty much what I had hoped would happen once the figure went through production. The very rough looking skin/paint was smoothened out and doesn't look so chalky now. The tailoring on the black suit looks a bit weak though and the hands feel a tad oversized? Will wait to see more photos once people get it in.
