Well I opened Thor up a day later, yep I see now that he's attached to the card back and it would have to be ripped off to be opened.
Man I hate this packaging, I just can't reclose the box if I wanted to.
Thor looks okay, I wish he had more articulation and better ball jointed hips, these inverted hip joints have got to go.
His articulation sticks as much as the Toy biz versions, a bit more reliable but still too stiff. I also miss the added shoulder articulation of previous Icons.
Paint looks alright.
Overall I think he's okay, I'm not all that happy with his head sculpt and lack of neck movement.

Now, Bring On DOOM!

That is one BAD MO'FO!

Picked up Wolvie at Target today, saw three Thors there aswell. As far as Thor is concerned, I could care less about him. I'm not that really all into the character, so he's an easy pass for me. However, Wolvie freakin' rocks! I was sad I missed the first one, but after having this one, I can say I'm glad I couldn't find the other one. The Brown Wolvie is much more cooler than the first, and they actually tanned his skin a bit. The only bad things about it is the head articulation(Can't turn it to the side without it looking wierd.), the wrists(Too loose.) and the hip joints(Again, too loose.) . Other than those, he's pretty cool!:D

A bit? Every one that I've seen looks absolutely TERRIBLE! Like he's wearing a mud beauty mask. Too much "hair" on those arms too.

I'm glad that you're happy with him but I much prefer the first release. Thor is the best ICONS yet!

I don't like the line (only cos of the visible articulation) but I'm tempted to get a Cap just to get the shield for a possible custom job, and I would consider the Iron Man because it doesn't really show the articulation like the rest of them do.

I think if you don't like visible articulation, you won't warm up to these all that much. The sculpts are very good on both Capt. and Iron Man, but each has flaws; Iron Man is a little too skinny, Iron Man has some missing paint on his face mask, The Capt. masked head looks great, but is hard to come by, The shield has the same connectors as the 6" Toy Biz figures (plastic ring and elastic straps) and lastly, the ball joints on the hips are inverted, meaning they're a ***** to pose.
Also be prepared for stuck, possibly immobile joints.

Jase: I didn't like the first release because:
1. The masked version was a ***** to find, but that's just the shipping company's fault, so...

2. The people that applied the 'hair' on his arms didn't even bother to try and create the illusion of it being somewhat-real hair. Instead it just looks like a bunch of ugly straight lines.

3. His 'skin' was too pale on the first release.

And yeah they REALLY need to do a rerelease of the MASKED Captain America. I never did find him, which is a shame, since I am a big fan of the character....

I never did find an Iron Man, but it doesn't break my heart. After what Stark's done in Civil War, I think he should be shot.

I found him and picked him up. Hes ok, I really like Cap and Hulk the best out of all of them.

I wish he had a better paint job on his skin, it looks like flesh colored molded plastic.

Plus 20.00 instead of 16.00, but oh well, its up to us to buy him or not.
