Oh you'll see lots of them here once we get the heads and hats painted from sunohc and on our figures, and the gun rigs from Stevostoys on and ready. Just keeping checking this thread! :)

Welcome to the board BillyBoy!

i spent $90 on the stevos rigs (https://stevostoys.com)
$11 on revolver (https://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=350367655774)
$5 for black flexible gloves(https://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250656107892)
$7 on boots (https://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=350275075879)
$17 on denim jacket (https://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=350359897289)
$5 on rifle (ebay)

total outfit so far: $135
and the head will be painted by myself eventually ;)

still no pants yet :( but very soon
I already had the shirt underneath and the scarf seems simple to do myself

the rigs were one of the more expensive things on the list but I thought they were too classic and signature to his outfit to simply bash (though I know there were some custom ones that people had from a few years back that looked nice)

So, you still have to get a body to put it on Daniel? Which one are you going to use? Then, you need to get those Tony Stark "Mech Test" black pinstriped pants! They are "dead-on" accurate to the ones that Marston wears in the game. I'm glad I got some from Toy Anxiety! :)

Yes but you sculpted the head (Fantastic Job!) so your cost isn't what anyone else is going to be paying.
To do this custom justice is going to cost anyone as much as a Hot Toy or more for sure.
And yeah I gave in and order Steve's rigs, your right their too classic and signature to his outfit. And with your headsculpt it going to be a figure to remember!

oh i do have the bodies (ht narrow)
yeah Leo found some pants for me but they were a bit pricy so I'm keeping my eyes on those but hopefully here'll be a toy anxiety one soon;)

Why not? Not all of us are going to use the same outfit. I've talked to some that want to display John Marston wearing a poncho. I know for sure that Jen wants to display him in the gentlemen's suit for when he goes to play cards in the game. I am going for his first look in his regular outfit from the beginning of the game. I know it will be nice to see everyone's John Marston once they are done, and can show him off here. I know that I am going to do that. :wave

Ok, just thought I share another one of my Western Bashes while we wait for our Marston Headsculpts. (Didn't know where else to post this either, lol.) I decided I need to create a figure to use this great Rig I've had for awhile now. So I finally came up with this. I call it "The Bounty Hunter".

Here's my Man with No Name, I posted this in The good, the bad and the ugly also. But just in case any of you didn't see it there. Guess you can see I real like Western Figures.

Excellent work Leo! What head sculpt did you use for your "bounty hunter" custom figure? I really like the Clint Eastwood one too! :)

Thanks Mike. That the Hot Toy TT Narrow Figure. I bought it to use for my T1000 but it just looked perfect for this Bash. I still have a headless TT narrow I'll use for the T1000. But might have to pick up another one for the Donut Head too.

By the way I think I call him 'The Gunfighter' instead because he's really packin', lol.

The Gunfighter is a cool now. Yeah, he's packin' some serious "heat" for sure! :)

Those Hot Toys TrueType bodies are great. I may just buy them from now on. I am using one for my John Marston, and will likely use it for an upcoming Mad Max figure I'm also working on.

Oh no doubt about it, Hot Toys makes some really nice bodies. And I really wanted to put this headsculpt to use as well, not many long hair heads around.

Before I found out about sunohc's awesome John Marston head sculpt project here, I was seriously thinking about just using the new HT TT long haired male figure head. I'm so glad that Daniel's came along and will be "dead-on" accurate!

Definitely! 'Dead on' is right. That is one sweet looking headsculpt! Can't wait to see other people Marston's and the different outfits they use.

Me too! I know Jen is putting him without the hat in the gambling or "gentlemen's" outfit. I'm going for his first look in the game. I look forward to seeing everyone's finished figures too. :)

Yep, I'm going with the Elegant Suit look (a bit different from the Gentleman's Attire) -

In this image he does wear the hat - so I ordered both the head and hat from Daniel.

I'm having Seb (Elvis1976) paint my head and put together my figure....so I'm not sure when it will be done....but hopefully in the next couple months. I think once Seb gets the head from Daniel he'll start on the figure. He had most of the suit already and was going to make the vest. Can't wait to see what he does.

Got my bandolier from Stevostoys. Looks great! :rock Doesn't really go with the Elegant Suit - but thought I could throw it on if I ever wanted to pose him without his jacket.

I think this figure will end up costing me well over $300! :horror But he's worth it. :)

Oh okay Jen. That's still a great look for John Marston! I know Seb will do a great job for you on your figure. Please do show it off here once you get it in from him! :wave
