I add to my collection with completely unexpected income like bonuses from work, random sales of old junk, misc. winnings from sports pools etc. If I were to stop collecting, I suppose this money would just make it into my savings account instead.

To be honest, I don't know what I would do with the money if I didn't collect toys or statues. I really don't have any other hobbies. I think I'd have more money in my bank account and thats about it.

One thing I like about this hobby as long as you keep up with it is that most things seem to keep their value or even go up in price.
Whilst my friends spend most of their money on more clothes that end up being worn out and booze and cigs that are gone in no time my collection mounts up.

If I wasn't in this hobby I'd probably be banking more too. I've spent a lot in the last month , all of which came from selling older things I didn't want anymore. I like how that's possible.

. no it's not about me. l knew someone was going to say that.

my buddy is almost 25. at the end of september l think someone said his birthday is. if he hasn't met a chick by then they are getting him a high class escort. l said not sure if that is a good idea. but they are intent on doing that for him. he told us he is too shy around chicks or something. my friend who brought this up saw this escort last year and said she would be perfect for him. l know l have some wierd friends.
