I was waiting to see a proto, but lance has never disappointed before...payment sent for tunic. I don't know the exact height of my Hurricane Vader right now, does anyone else out there happen to know what his modified Bigboy bodies come in at height wise?

It is difficult to show off the tunic without having any 1/6 scale figures or bodies. It will be made of the same material of the cape and the design if is finished.

OK, understood. If you are using the Sideshow Vader tunic as a guide, if possible, may I recommend that you allow for more material around the waist so that we can "bunch up" the tunic around the belt so that it better matches Vader's look. If you can, much appreciated.

Kaustic KP-02 muscle body. Not sure where to find one right now. A bunch were available from monkeydepot.com, but I read that they're out now.

Pretty simple to switch Vader over to the KP body, but with some things to look out for if you decide to do it. Peruse the Vader thread for more info:

Sure hope so. I'm 99% happy with my Vader now, with the recent mods, just need that last piece to the puzzle. Replacing Sideshow's terrible cape is a must! And the tunic as well, but to a lesser extant. At least that can be hidden a bit, but fawk that cape is awful.

I feel ya. I've done everything possible to futz that damn thing in an attempt to make it look right. My wife has these little craft glue "dots" that have worked well in the past when I'm trying to get clothing to lay a certain way. I used a crap load on Vader's cape and after a day or so they just fail to keep hold. Water treatment doesn't work. You can't add wire to the bottom edge... It's as if it's made from some alien material specifically designed to piss me off. Even the tunic irritates me. The front edge curls forward from his chest down his legs, and no amount of futzing has mad that look better either...

I really like the height and dome on mine now, so the cape would be the last step... Can't wait.
