I understand iminime has addressed this but there is so much awesomeness coming out an I am already over a grand into other projects....please....please could we just come up with a nominal deposit instead of coming out of the pocket for the full amount for a preorder!.....will anyone at iminime reconsider? I only buy what I like and right now you guys are on roll

Denny has said that payment plans are not accepted, they need the money to pay their employees...although I would want one too. Guess it's you either have to have great timing or you have to be rolling in cash to keep up with this hobby! I am definitely not the latter LOL

I suspect this is also why the preorders are up for so long. That helps. You will probably be able to order these figures right up until release

That varies from figure to figure, though. Some will sell out fairly quickly. The Seven guys and Ra's sold out in a day. Blondie sold out in minutes.

These are the shirts they wear under the main uniform shirt. I would love to have these as accurate as possible with the emblem. I understand about the main uniform shirt being hard to duplicate but the under shirt seems alot more basic.

In the proto picture does spock have a full under shirt?

Probably not as it is NOT listed in the details. Also at 1/6 scale having undershirts that thin with another main uniform which basically is also a tight cling-on type cloth is quite a challenge without making the figure look even more bulky than what it already looks like.

I wonder if Denny could at least try a slim body underneath there to see how it looks in a photograph. I'm seriously willing to bet that a slimmer body will make it look more appropriate proportion wise. I know Jenny is pretty good when it comes to customer requests so maybe he will actually give it a shot. Does anyone else feel this way about the body?

The same thing could be said for Kirk.

This is the description: Starfleet Uniform with Blue Shirt specially assigned to Science Officers. (so it says uniform with blue shirt...so by definition the uniform consist of just pants? or undershirt and pants?



I was mainly asking just to bring attention to the undershirt. There should be an undershirt and i am hoping it isnt some wierd turtle neck thing with no shirt. Layering shouldnt be a problem. Patrick Bateman had a full suit and raincoat...so i think Denny can pull off an undershirt. Also a thin body would help better represent the character and help with layering issue.

Given that the figure seems to have a bit of excess bulk as it is it's silly to have another layer there, the collar should actually be sewn into the shirt to eliminate excess bulk.

Thanks for checking wake. I do like having posing options. I know this isn't as popular as Patrick Bateman or Clint Eastwood but that shouldn't be license to skimp on the details. There are quite a few scenes in the first and second movie with Kirk and Spock only wearing the undershirts so it is relevant.

Hmm...Spock doesn't spend too long in the black shirt, but Kirk actually does spend almost the whole first movie wearing it.

Personally, I'm fine with picking one up at a later date and painting on the symbol. No big deal

I get you. But in 1/6 scale the added bulk of the uniform fabric may make it look just right.

If you do the pics on the slim and it looks weird or way too skinny, I will shut up.
