From what I've seen, and the reviews here, these are great but not worth that from the discrepencies in uniform, bodies and gear.

Nope. Same body's on each. If one looks different to the other it's just the outfit might need pulling up, down or whatever.

How is it that Spock's shoulders are higher than Kirks then?

There not, but there are a lot of joints all over the shoulders and body. If you want them identical you could.

I might have to part with my Spock. I wasn't able to get the funds in time for Kirk so now I am iffy on what to do. Great figure but I can't afford $500 on ebay for Kirk. If I have to part with mine. I'll put it up on the commerce section.

I WANT it but...I don't? I dunno. Seems like there's some mixed reviews here on him. Plus it's super expensive and doesn't come with the costume. I'd be more willing to buy him if I knew for sure no further Trek characters were going to be made.

IMO this is the only disappointing release that iminime has put out recently. It's mostly due to the fabrics and tailoring choices paired with the body and both if the heads look off.

Swapping them onto slim bodies yielded a result that I liked better but ultimately feel underwhelmed with at the end of the day. These might get sold someday. Just too much stuff.

Understandable, but I can't feel underwhelmed by Spock's sculpt. Love it. Just need to decide if I wanna try to splurge for Kirk. Iminime sculpts get so darn hard to find after a while. I want the Neo Matrix head and it's frigging impossible to find. Alas...

Anyone here who bought the full figure contemplating selling any of their accessories, by the way?

I think Spock is the better, but honestly i don't think Kirk is too far behind. To me it looks great. He has a very stern look which might throw it a little, but the more i look at these guys the more i like em.

There's just something a little weird about the shape of kirks head but I don't think it's awful, it's just weird or me that after swapping to a full on slim body which works for like three characters out of a hundred, they STILL look too buff!

I personally love these figures, both of them. To be honest, the photos with the swapped slimmer bodies look too scrawny to me but to each his own.

Got some better pic's in light. Still not the best, but it gives a good idea if your thinking of a body swap.
