Because painting 100 heads takes a significant amount of time. Putting together 100 outfits aswell. Getting the figures together is time consuming. Add to that that IMinime just shipped not one but TWO figures of large runs (130+) and that they are continuing to develop new releases. They are not a big company guys. They are a relatively small group of hardworking people. They have office hours. They aren't sitting on their hands or frolicking at the beach.
