this is great...really great, so glad i didnt go for all those "blondie" figures offered up the past few months....that would have really stunk to have dropped $800++ and then have this come out...

Damn, that is pretty good. I'd have an Alfred and Fox in my collection, at least. The only problem is that I don't know I'd this'll be the only IMINIME purchase I make this year. As far as the "exclusive" painted heads go, would this be one of them?

The exclusive painted heads pertaining Blondie in the VIP membership deal will be disclosed soon after confirmation from Denny. Remember this project is because of an agreement between Denny and Trevor so certain offers available with normal Iminime releases may not be available with this one. But no need to get worried, I will soon be getting all the terms and conditions of this release from Denny soon and then everything will be explicitly clear like the Constitution of Sudan...

Most of their previous painted heads retailed around $110 or something but not less than $100 Im sure...

Wow, thank you, I was just trying to get some perspective on the VIP membership. So, if you are a VIP, are you going to have a better chance of getting the DX? Also, how many VIPs are there? I'm very sorry for bombarding you with all of these questions, but this release has me VERY excited.

I really dont know the numbers of how many VIPs there are, Im not a VIP personally. I wouldnt be really able to say that if you are a VIP the DX will be easier to secure. I guess you will be able to know once I can get back all the details from Denny, I already have logged most of the questions regarding VIP perks for this release and Ill probably need some time to get all the answers from him as I dont think he too has thought so far ahead yet as the actual progress of the figure is still in the initial stages...

I became a VIP very very recently. I think i was number 50. If there's 100 slots... its safe to say less than half are left.

I would speculate that since VIPs get first crack at PO, it would be easier to secure a DX (assuming the ES stays the same). But yeah, lets hear what Denny has to say about it.

HONESTLY... this is the best thing that could happen. Trevor is the standard by which all others are measured on here sculpt-wise... Often times I wondered what if he were able to do classic iconic figures with GREAT paint aps and clothing? iminime is the answer

trevor and Imaresq are the two that i would say are the top sculptors around these parts...imaresq is prolly the best all around tho because he can sculpt and paint...and if you look at the rooting of hair that he did with the jokers a few years back...it gives you a view as to his talent...eric sosa is good but not quite as good as those two...atleast not in the 1/6 scale....i would say that RM, Soza, and most of the other artists we see around here are on even ground....nevermind the iminime sculptors tho....they are magicians....shrinking real people into the 1/6 scale...lol...
