Vladimir Lenin, King Tut and the McDonald's Happy Meal: What do they all have in common? A shocking resistance to Mother Nature's cycle of decomposition and biodegradability, apparently.

That's the disturbing point brought home by the latest project of New York City-based artist and photographer Sally Davies, who bought a McDonald's Happy Meal back in April and left it out in her kitchen to see how well it would hold up over time.

The results? "The only change that I can see is that it has become hard as a rock," Davies told the U.K. Daily Mail.

She proceeded to photograph the Happy Meal each week and posted the pictures to Flickr to record the results of her experiment. Now, just over six months later, the Happy Meal has yet to even grow mold. She told the Daily Mail that "the food is plastic to the touch and has an acrylic sheen to it."

SOLUTION?

Make action figures out of Mcdonalds food. They'll last forever!

Yep, different bun and the fries have moved....:cuckoo:

Someone here should do the same test for real and keep us posted...... and Ski can take pics of a plate of some of his muscle man powder also....:yess:

Would be kind of awesome to see it come out of your ass in its original state.

I think you guys are missing out on the point here. Of course its the same bun and fries and burger for that matter. The photographer is claiming that after six months, the meal held up against decomposition which is against the natural order of something that is supposed to be "100% fresh" according to McDonald's claims.

Now whether they took the picture and then another and claimed its over 6 months is another thing but IT IS the same burger...its supposed to be.

We couldnt read that part since Katy's tits got in the way.

It's the same meal. The top bun on the burger has been turned about 180 degrees around, and some of the fries curled a bit as they dried.

Hasn't this also been done before with a twinkie?

As I already pointed out, it is the same bun. I've added some numbers to show the markings on the bun. It has just been rotated.

Just not seeing it, myself. I think it is a different meal.

But if this is true...maybe eating Happy Meals will preserve the person eating it and give them longer life.

Or not.

I do know the frys last forever. I have found fries hiding in my car for long periods, sometimes years and they look exactly the same just dried out.
