Im just being honest about a figure that’s subpar here and a lot of people are getting on their high horse.

This was taken with my recently purchased iPhone 16 pro.

I’m impressed with the quality of the camera. Picked up some of the finer details the naked eye (well, my 40+ year old eyes at the very least ) can’t pick up.

Hot Toys Superman and InArt Superman both look good. Hot Toys head photographs well, InArt not as good.
In person, InArt looks more like a real person and with subtle detail. HT looks less like a real person with more pronounced details.

Lighting, camera, post-processing and distance will all add to this in one way or another.

Agreed. It's amazing how chunky the Hot Toys "idealised" Justice League looks in comparison.

I've got to admit I was surprised at the difference in colour between the two though. However that's fine, BvS was meant to be like that so he comes to the brighter suit later on.

Face sculpt is way better. However suit feels more fragile and thinner than the Hot Toys.

I agree…but I’ve been down that road before where I emphatically expressed how much I hated a figure as well.

For instance: HT Mace Windu. Now THAT figure is hot garbage baked under the sun for a week. It’s a product I, along with many others couldn’t wrap our minds around on how it got passed the prototype phase.

Granted the general consensus between HT’s Mace and InArt’s Cavillman are like night and day, where Cavillman is generally looked upon more favorably and Mace wasn’t.

whilst I don’t agree with creasy’s opinion that Superman is utter trash (like, c’mon…really?? Trash is a term reserved for figures like Mace )…his feelings on the figure won’t affect my enjoyment of it.

Also, if it seems like he’s repeating himself, that’s only because others quoted him and ‘challenged’ his opinion. Dudes gotta respond to defend his take right?

He’s said his piece, so have the opposing side. Let’s all move on and post more pics of the figure.

Nothing wrong with constructive criticism but in no universe is this figure trash. Sorry, just not having that.

It's by far the best Superman figure made so far. A slight downgrade from the prototype but overall looks a treat on the shelf. Extremely happy with mine.

All the talk about HT being a better version is a joke , i own every version except for the BVS version and this is easily the best !
