InArt - The Batman 1/6th Figure

Seeing as there is only a few days left to pre-order with Kit - can I canvass honest opinions?
What do we feel regarding the Batsignal? Will it enhance a display with the premium Batman or will it detract from him?
On one hand I intellectually like the idea of displaying this Batman with his signal - especially considering the focus given to the signal in this movie. Also a part of me is worried this Batman will look odd being displayed alone on a shelf (though I will probably pick up a Riddler in the future)
On the other hand, is it too big (not in the sense of being inaccurate, but in the sense of overpowering the Batman in the display - which is a problem as he should be the focus).
Worth getting? Honest opinions.


Decided against Bruce in the end - I need to limit what I spend and as much as I like the Bruce look i think the figure isn't as impressive as the Batman)

I get ya, I was conflicted too deciding because the batsignal is def huge and will cram Batman inside the detolf. I would get the signal if you have a lot of space. I went back and forth and just went all in and will save the bat signal when I move to a bigger apartment space.

The Bruce one is difficult as well because people are saying the rooted is much more worth it which I agree, then with a couple more bucks you can just get all in with the signal. I would say it depends how much you loved the film and design. I always wanted a 1:6 JND looking Batman and Bruce set for my collection. This is going to be worth it for me.

Only nervous if JND can come up with even a better product but we don’t know how long or if the quality is better. Time will tell.

I’m on the verge of ordering the all in. I like the signal and it’s an iconic Batman item especially in this movie. I’m severely limiting my 1:6 to select figures so feel I could make space for it.

Has anyone found out if the “All In” package includes separate boxes for each piece or one box for all?

I’m also considering the drastic measure of ordering all five items so I can decide on everything in hand and then sell the extras. If feel it’s the only way to be sure I make the right choice for me in the rooted hair vs sculpted selection. I don’t expect it will be difficult to sell extras after release due to the limited nature of the PO.

I'm getting it since I'm already getting Batman + Bruce. Already spending $800+, might as well throw in $100 more and just get the full package at that point but that's just me. If you're going to just get Batman, I would think more about how you want to display him, since getting just Batman + Batsignal lets you display both together like my edit picture below or just displaying him on his own.

For me, I'm gonna have the Batsignal sit on top of the detolf and then have Batman + Bruce together on the top shelf inside the detolf right below it. Not have it cluttered with the characters but have it sit on top of the detolf as if it's turned on above them in a building somewhere.

If you're putting the batsignal IN the detolf then you're causing your own problems with making the figure feel crammed.

That being said, I wonder if the rescaled base on the HT one suddenly doesn't feel so crazy, if the 1:1 InArt version will be THAT imposing.

The logical place for the signal is the top of a detolf, as in, on top of a building, where a signal would go.

But what I do agree on is that the signal is an essential part of this Batman's ethos, moreso than the novelty it was in others.

My fight is with if I should go rooted or sculpted. I still wish there was an all in with sculpted options, because that would make my choice a little easier. It's more or less all that's holding me back.

I decided that sticking with just the Premium Batman is enough for me. I have considered a second standard bats but honestly I'll still end up with two Batmans this and the HT one. Though I am tempted to get the signal I don't think it matters that much to me getting InArt's or HT's version. As much as I like Bruce Wayne I really don't need that figure.

I still haven't placed an order either. Part of me wants the "All-in" b/c it's only ~$100 more but then again, I don't have the display space for it and idk when I'll actually be building my own custom shelves that would allow the batsignal. So, it would just be sitting in the box for who knows how long. This version of Bruce Wayne also isn't my favorite, nor am I one of those who tends to want a "civilian" version of a character other than Clark Kent, but it's such a good looking piece. Just a few days to decide to order from OSK.

Looks like you can only attend if you received an RSVP, not sure if those were sent to existing customers or what. I'd go if I'm elligible.

That would be awesome! It’s quite surreal and exciting to see these prototypes finally in display.

Hollow out the back of the bat signal, remove lamp shade, stick hollowed out bat signal around the room's bulb, then it'll be on more than if you were to just have it on display.
