Very excited for this. I feel they should go from a magnetic base to one with a leg grabber so it's safer to keep standing.

They should have extra boots that can peg into the baseWhen my bats arrived it is going to be 100% drop proof. 10 pillows underneath my detolf for security. If that doesn’t work I’m putting super glue on the base.
That’s a good idea although you can only leave the figure in a specific pose. They should have extra boots that can peg into the base
Thats how Inart want itThat’s a good idea although you can only leave the figure in a specific pose.
That's nearly how it is now given you have to find the right placement for the magnets to keep it stable. That’s a good idea although you can only leave the figure in a specific pose.
Best thing to do is place the figure in the middle of the base, I hope Inart does something better for this release for sure. That's nearly how it is now given you have to find the right placement for the magnets to keep it stable.

Yeah that Bruce Wayne (in THESE photos I must stress) looks like a NECA toy in a wig. Not quite sure which bright spark thought presenting it like that was a good idea.
I just ordered Aragorn. I really like that little diorama. I don't know wtf I'm going to do when I set him up but I know I can't take any chances with those magnets. Just a shame. Pure ignorance really...Crotch grabbers have been the standard since forever for a reason. If you're going to make a textured base then you need that support to keep the figure safe, even if it does slip back or forward a crotch grabber will prevent gravity from winning. The figure would be safer just standing on a flat surface than the base and at that point you have to ask yourself if the trade-off is worth it, no wonder they are reconsidering this approach.
