I just don’t see that the final product and the advertised ones are same. They are not close except the suit proportions

It went through several revisions since reveal that I’d argue there was more than one prototype. If you however, fell in love with the first reveal proto and wanted exactly that one and consider later revisions as downgrades…well, again, I dunno what to tell ya.

I see the revisions as upgrades because the first proto, while decent looking in its own right, still wasn’t amazing. InArt felt the same way apparently and revised it to what we have now. Which is why I was Scratching my head over your claims of it being a downgrade…but now I know why.

Yeah my point is Pattinson is very difficult one to sculpt. No one has done it properly including JND. Inart looks much more human like than HT but not like Pattinson.
I don’t know what else to tell you man. Unless you can edit any version of JND, HT, Inart to your right “likeness” of Pattinson, I don’t think anyone here is going to agree with you on that statement..

Either way, I respect your opinion.

I expected the final one to be like the After version. It’s not. That’s my point and is my expectation.
I think you might be seeing something off and it could be the photos honestly. But I actually just took all the photos from the before and after photo of the revised sculpt. What was displayed in the last event and the figure now. It's the same sculpt bud it definitely hasn't been downgraded. I think this whole thing will probably be solved if you get it in hand and see for yourself as the photos aren't always flattering and that could be the issue for you. No need to worry I think once in hand you'll be floored, and if not and still feel it falls short you can always sell it in the end.

Yeah i am not even that much into the first proto. The update they made in February, that was the one which sold me. You are thinking it’s an upgrade which is fine. For me it looks like a downgrade. “Different” is the word maybe

Do you think this is better than Gandalf or Joker or Pennywise. Hell no. This is their weakest among the 4😷

sometimes i can't tell if what you're saying is satire lol but sure, you can rank batman lower than joker and pennywise (somehow) when they have more obvious issues that you seem to might not notice or you weren't collecting at the time. pennywise has obvious proportional issues and shoddy tailoring when people swap the inart heads onto the hot toys body and clothes because of how dirt cheap it is, since HTs decided to overproduce it.

joker has obvious PERS issues that they omitted entirely for batman/bruce. tailoring isn't the greatest either. the coat itself is way too broad and has no proper shape to it

I read your first reply at the top and fully grasp it now.

That being said, I still don’t agree with your assessment of it being a downgrade 😄

Like Luis said, wait to get it in hand, and if it still doesn’t look right to you, just sell it. I’m sure there’s someone out there more than happy to take it off your hands.

Yeah man. I don’t know i have never seen a proper Pattinson sculpt including statues. The JND one is terrible in my opinion. Not seen any of the customs too

bk isn't changing his opinion no matter how many comparisons you show him where InArt is the clear better alternative.

let's just move on, not worth the discussion.

Yeah true. Let me wait for the reviews and then decide. And post my thoughts🥳

Yes selling HT or Inart is easy. I am not bothered about that

Leave Joker and Pennywise also. If people think this is better than Gandalf…. , I don’t know😂

Why do you want me to change my opinion? It will never.

The same applies to everyone else. Whatever i say won’t affect your opinion

Joker is their worst figure imo, every figure since has been incredible.

I begrudgingly agree. I still think their Joker looks great, but it definitely could’ve used some of the constructive criticism their releases have been receiving since. Awesome figure and still my #1 choice out of the current mass produced Jokers - I have no big problem with it.

So am I allowed one nitpick? Just one?

I wish the eyes on the cowled sculpt were more squinted and the pupils had been more dilated. Every shot for the most part in the film/promotional material had his eyes like that. His left eye is more of a lazy eye too vs the right eye and this sculpt doesn’t capture that.

No? Okay, I’ll see myself out.

I love this thing.
