Kind of crazy how underscaled Hot Toys did their signal. They do the same with their vehicles. Not sure why they do this. Like they're scared for it to be the correct size when that's what collectors want.

Isn’t it obvious why they do this? Cost cutting measure. Just look at Jazzinc. They do accurate vehicles correct scale bells and whistles and it’s incredibly expensive to do, limited runs etc. i mean obviously his business is doing well but he’s always honest about how hard it is to source labor and materials etc etc. HT would collapse as a company if they tried to do what Joost does. Even though they are capable of reasonably high quality collectibles, HT run their business much more like a toy company than Inart and Jazzinc which are more like high end collectibles.

You know what’s funny - what we’re seeing isn’t even the final figure. I heard that, after this finishes shipping, Viper is personally going to visit the homes of everyone who ordered this to do some final modifications.

Can’t wait to see the final figure!

Is the bat signal gone for good? I noticed Kit only has the two versions of Batman himself available. I haven’t seen the signal for preorder in a while - Bruce too.

I did just cancel mine a few weeks ago, with regret, but I think Kit will eventually update the site for any that got cancelled. He just got his last batch of Gandalf and had some extras so possibly that will happen for Batman and the Bat signal.

Pattinson's eyes are blue. It's not bright blue and more like grayish blur. It can look brownish under certain lighting.

I'd say Inart got the color correct. The eyes on the figure is pale/grayish blue.

Please note that this is a screenshot from the actual movie, the basis for which you claimed accuracy should be held to, and not a low rez version of the poster. I guess not everyone has an…eye for the details.

INARTs eye color is correct, if not, pretty close. His eye color is like a mix of grey, blue and green. Lighting temperature in the movie will shift it accordingly.

You're just not gonna really get that same hue shift with a 1/6 painted eye that's done in one flat tone. Maybe if they go full glass eye one day that can have that sort of depth.

Nice analysis man. It’s not a consistent colour and depends from scene to scene because inart also had the grey/brown ones in the earlier proto i guess
