Figure looks great though, the cape still needs some work, but its is doable.

Will contact Kit and see if Inart could at least provide a replacement wrist peg.

Just a quick phone shot.

Been there mate. Stuck in the same status.

Kit will contact 4px and then you have to wait. If it still hasn‘t shown up 60 days after it was shipped, Kit will offer a refund or a replacement, if he still has stock.

I just received my replacement, after my order did not turn up after 60 days.
Sucks that I definitely was among the first to order from the final batch as I got it minutes after PO's reopened, and I could potentially have to wait 2 months more. Will Kit have stock in 2 months? I seriously doubt it.

Plus I don't even think that I'll be able to afford this figure with the refund, as price will be something else.

Sucks all around, so far it's been my most frustrating experience at collecting; I'm already expecting QC issues if I ever get the figure.

Same here. Mine seems to be a combination of not enough friction on the ball beg/socket to stand straight against the excess suit pressing against the neck inside the collar. They just kinda push his neck forward a bit, and then the weight of the headsculpt (cowled) seems to tip it even further when it reaches a certain point. So I put a piece of tap on the ball to add just a touch more friction.

Yeah, mine was kinda loose and fell forward on its own. I added some cling film to the ball socket until I could hold the figure horizontal without it falling forward/leaning.

Anyone else's neck just leans forward all the time?
Yes Mines also. Seems the connector itself is way to wide for the ball socket of the body. I placed two strips of velcro (soft side) inside it so it stays put on the joint then put the neck on the magnet connection. What sucks is I feel it doesn't sit low enough to hide the seam of the neck.

I have to say overall this figure is really growing on me. It isn’t perfect, and I 100% would have just gone with the sculpted version if I could go back.

My neck leans or is loose at time, then it’s randomly just fine. So I’ll tighten it if needed like others.

The bigger issue was with the leg piping flipping and peeling near the knee. Was told by InArt to fix it myself. Like damn, those things bother me with a premium brand.

Hot Toys has QC issues too, but I’ve never had them not replace it. So I hope InArt improves their customer service and quality control.

Little anecdote: My brother who’s also a 1/6 collector and collects Hot Toys and INART and skipped this particular figure, is in town visiting and just said it’s the best 1/6 figure he’s seen in person. I of course agreed – it’s the best figure in my collection, can’t get enough of it haha

Preference for the source aside, did your brother give a good hard look at InArt Gandalf and Aragorn as well next to Batman to decide that...?

I am curious what would win 'best figure' from the InArt delivered line-up so far.

I noticed that neck issue on mine too.

If you reach out to Kit now, he will set aside a figure as soon as he can. I think he still has some left. Mine was replaced a week ago, as soon as the 60 days went I contacted him again and he did ask if I want refund or replacement. He did send out the figure the next day.

So don’t lose hope mate. 🤝

I hope, he was a bit unprofessional by saying that it taking 60 days is normal and that's why they don't want to ship to my country, even when I'm paying a hundred thirty bucks more than everyone else. Like I get it, I also don't really like where I live but I already got a precedent with stuff shipped through the same line getting through considerably faster. Anyway, I'll just wait it out and cross fingers package is just there, I only wanted that Kit would just send a mail to 4PX and just let me know what they say, I didn't ask if he likes to ship to where I live or not...

All this talk about the weak neck, and mine is like that too, but it’s really not a big deal… the character literally angles his head down like that in the film.
