SanctumToys is a total scam. I had mine preordered there too. I did get them to refund, but post on Reddit suggested it’s a total mess over there. I’ve never heard of a single US buyer getting their product. It’s always their “suppliers” fault. Make PayPal and Credit Card claims ASAP.

They gave me the same excuses and kept pushing out the ship date. Did you end up getting your figure from another retailer?

Is it worth me trying to get a refund? Must be over 6 months since I ordered with them. Had to pay 50% up front for the bat signal.

I asked for a refund, don't know if they'll accept. Maybe I'll check my bank if it is possible to cancel from Visa.

It’s worth a try, I was outside the 6-month window in PayPal. After months of arguing they finally issued the refund. Sideshow or OneSixthKit are the only sites I’ll use moving forward. I did hear good things with William Wong (OneMansHobby) and ordered Wukong with him, shipping has been super slow. But feedback was good with him.

OneMansHobby for the most part is ok with delivering but what no one ever mentions his unpredictable communication and the process of getting replacements is beyond difficult. If you have qc issues with the your statue/figure good luck. I’ve heard trouble from people trying to get a fix for months. Probably best to order from the website.

Got banned from his Facebook for simply commenting once it was a bit unprofessional for him to dissappear without communication. Didn’t break any rules. No explanation or anything while I still have an InArt all in on order with him and he still hasn’t given me on a follow up on whether InArt had said anything about replacements. He was also suppose to hold his usual weekly figure giveaway (where pay people for entries) so his disappearance act was a bit worrying. Had to go directly to InArt and pay for the replacements myself because by now it’s been well 2 months with no updates from him and supposedly InArt. When asked about the ban his just said “for his health”

He’s just one guy handling it all which is understandable but communication is still important. In any case I’m just trying to get my last order wrapped up and move on. Since I did bank transfer my deposit funds are stuck with him. I just wish he communicated better. Some people have thousands on pre order. I can understand why Kit is the best at this sorta thing.

I also had a ‘somewhat’ disconcerting exchange with Onemanshobby.

Was enquiring if they removed the VAT element of their sales at source when I order (as VAT is not applicable in my jurisdiction). They said that a VAT element was not included in the listed items, as they have not yet registered for VAT.

Anyone have the OT collar? Need help in seeing how you have it sitting on the neck since it doesn’t have the same length and velcro attachment to the chest plate like the stock collar does. Doesn’t seem stable and it wobbles around.
