Mine is arriving tomorrow from onesixthoutfitters. Taking the day off from work because I'm not feeling too good

Mainly with the Hot Toys Star Wars line.
My assistant store manager pulled me aside 2 weeks ago and asked why I had 15 personal days off THIS year.

Figures don't pose themselves love!!

Still haven't received the tracking from KGHobby, but I am not alarmed. Usually it takes them 7 days from payment receipt to ship the items.

Neither have it but guessing in a few days we will get it

I hope it's not a million because my Gandalf won't be worth much more than a 1/6th figure of my grandpa dressed up as Gandalf.

I remember someone mentioning earlier in the year that around 5k Gandalfs had sold. I imagine that number has grown a bit since then.

Definitely a wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to. Received him at 20.40 or something like that, totally unexpected to arrive today, and yet here he is. Magnificent as in the pictures we've already seen. Everything feels superior to Asmus Crown version, the book, the hands, the clothes, the sword. And of course, the headsculpt is like night and day. Not trying to trash Asmus, just my impression unboxing him and owning both. Only nitpick, one of the fireworks came without the wood stick. Nothing too important, since I never planned to display them, but a bit annoying. Putting the pipe into the staff was a daunting task, I was afraid to break it at any moment, but I managed to put it in place without any breakage. Not brave enough to try to move the eyes, enough for today. Also, had a $10 discount from Kit on my gift card. Yay!

When the Gandalf pre-order doors slammed shut, I almost got sucked in by popcollectdeals for a pre-order. They actually print the name Pop Collectibles on the top of their page as a total sham. All the others mentioned, One Sixth O., KGH etc. are maddening because they let you click on a Deposit or Full Payment but then there's no further response.
Still waiting for an invoice from Kit for Aragorn.....

Only nitpick, one of the fireworks came without the wood stick.

The stick is meant to be inserted into the firework I think? In Jedha Patrol's unboxing the stick was packaged with the pipe staff I believe.

I'm also #96xxx. I'm just concerned that by the time I get mine, Gandalf will arrive dead as a door nail and unable to stand up. He's awfully old.

9600 club is when Aragorn dropped and Gandalf reopened, that's why there's a pretty big number of us.

I just don't want him to release right at Christmas time... It's a nice Christmas gift, but also the most taxing time on my wallet!

My pictures do not do it justice but this is without a doubt the best mass produced 1/6 figure ever made to date.

Glue on the scabbard straps gave way the moment I touched it though. So that’s quite annoying.
