Be better. There was no reason for the "snooze you lose" comment and you know it.

Might work in reverse too that HT makes InArt more competetive as well. And who knows, if InArt start doing 2.0s then floodgates are open for eventual Gandalf reissues/2.0s as well.
I’m afraid to disappoint you here, but I’ll stand by what I said. It’s just an idiom.. I really don’t think it should be something worth getting upset over….

And we’ll see what happens. There’s no real reason to expect a INART GtG 2.0/reissue so soon right now, especially when the original is critically acclaimed/well made (unlike TDK Joker). And hello, but what I relayed came from INART themselves. Doesn’t seem like they’re in the business of doing reissues. And imo, especially not so when even Hot Toys don’t even do LOTR. So what’s the point in perpetuating this one-“upping battle” that Hot Toys likes to play?

Won't happen, as they said in various interviews, and I for one like it that way.
I am pi***d I didn't buy paul atreides as he's turned out great, but I wouldn't want a re-issue just so I could get one at retail.
Just look at other premium brands like Rolex, can you imagine if they started re-issuing watches just to satisfy new buyers. I'm all for a varient but not re-issues as I love the fomo when its frst released.

I think a variant with a different expression would be dope. Or an eventual Hobbit one.

A Hobbit one is more likely (only cause of Thorin), but that’ll be years from now lol. Imo, at least 3 years from seeing a possible announcement. I think I’m being generous here tbh.

If you really want it, I suggest finding one at a reasonable deal to enjoy in the next few years at least. It’d pay itself off.

They’re still working on building the Fellowship too..

They’re still working on building the Fellowship. In what world would they do a GtG 2.0 before completing it…?
I also think it's earliest 3 years before a new GtG if anything. The smart move is to finish the Fellowship, unless InArt starts biting more off than they can chew (disregarding slow shipping and the whole batch system).

Completely reasonable advice regarding finding one. We'll see if I have any luck, if I decide that I want one really bad. I got lucky with a Crosshair for retail in 2024, so never say never.
