They’re all a bit light on accessories.
If these are intended to be just very specific representations with licensing restrictions then it makes sense but, if not, I feel like there could be some more costume variance/display versatility by throwing in additional clothing items.
Another shirt and the murder jacket for Rick (yes I’m obsessed)
Jump a smidge into the future and Daryl has fabric wraps around his ankles and the two finger-hole knives. Maybe give the sleeveless shirt option, and we know the man loves a poncho…

Two heads for each would also be my preference- a neutral and an angry or smiling (Negan.)
Since Negan will most likely not be rooted and he’s pretty bare bones, two sculpts would really bring a lot to broadening play/display-ability.

Daryl in particular is light on the accessories. I agree with you @Chopper Face that they should've included at least the poncho and his newer, finger-hole knives that he had in later seasons. Swap out arms and shirt for the sleeveless look would've also been preferable.

Part of me wants to buy 2 for that reason, but i don't feel there is a good enough body with seamless arms on the market to reflect that look. The JX01 body's arms are thin enough to work for Daryl, but are painted to be pretty dark and wouldn't go with InArt's more natural looking skin tones.

Big fan of The Walking Dead but I don’t think I want 1/6 figures as $750 Can (as per Legolas). Also as mentioned, “What’s in the Box” is pretty light.

I'm at a loss.

Toss in a walker torso or something for the base to ground the characters more into the world they belong to.
This would be a nice touch. Each figure having at least a part of an iconic walker included. But it wouldn't match the continuity, then again, does it matter if it does? Not really. Zombie's a zombie.
