1) Continuity error?
Seems odd to me, considering this is Nolan we are talking about. But it's a minor thing.

2) That's just one of those things you have to go with. At that point we aren't meant to know that she is his subconscious. She is just a woman that he trusts (more of less). Yes he should have known better.
Agreed.

3) They were definitely in Eames' dream.
See below

The persons who's mind you are entering is not necessarily the same person who is controlling and building the current dream world. Because they are all linked, they are all experiencing the same world, but each level has a different "Driver" so to speak. Eames was the dreamer in the snow level for sure.
The part about them being in Eames's dream I totally agree. What I find weird is that they wanted Fischer to think they were entering Browning's dream right? If that is so, then why did Cobb state out loud to everyone (including Fischer), that they were in Eames's dream. Fischer would have figured it out then.

I would honestly need to see it again, before commenting further.

Can't wait for the bluray release! :panic:

So I just checked out the movie again... effing brilliant ofcourse. I noticed a few things that I wanted to get everyone's perspective on.

1. Close to the beginning, when they are infiltrating Saito's mind, there is a closeup shot of Cobb looking at his watch. Why was the closeup of his watch upside down? Shortly after they show a closeup of the guy on the train who wakes up Arthur, and the closeup was right side up.

2. Why did Cobb sit Mal on the chair and expect her to stay there while he climbed down the wall? That just seemed weird.

3. When they were in the third level, they had convinced Fischer that they were entering Browning's mind. So what I found weird was when they were on the show level, at one point they were all together (including Fischer), and Cobb said to Eames, "we're in your dream now." Was that a mistake?

1. A mistake in the architects creation...like the carpet in the first layer of the dream not feeling the same. Just to show that it is not actually happening

2. We don't know that he is having trouble with his subconcious at this point, but he and arthur do. This is to show that he is trying, but failing, to control her.

3. Is Eames still appearing as Browning to fischer? Either way, I would dismiss it as being a confusing dream for fischer. It's not until you wake up that you realize that anything was strange and all that.

Eames is still Browning to Fisher.

Thanks everyone. I'm not entirely sure if Eames is still Browning to Fischer, because in the second dream level, Browning was a function of Fischer's subconcious.

I love this movie so much.

Me to. I've been trying to decide where it ranks.

Easily in my top 5 favorites, but probably in the top 3... If I think about it enough I may put it in the #1 spot eventually. :)

What I think is that this is the second part of Shutter Island, Leo is dreaming all the inception adventure from a room in that nut house, lol.

:lol :lol :lol The sad thing is that the way some theorize about this movie, that could actually work! :horror

Soundtrack question freaks...for any of you that have it.

I'm looking for the track that is the one they used in some/ all of the previews that has that kind of fog horn sound in it. Hopefully that is a good enough description for someone here to help me out.
I'm guessing that track is named either "The Dream Is Collapsing" or "Time". Any help here would be great...

If you have the soundtrack, what do you think of it overall?

Okay, next question...where can I find it? Just checked iTunes and Amazon...no luck.

I take it that it doesn't appear on the soundtrack then?
