That was hilarious

Just saw Inception for the second time today. Best movie ever as far as I'm concerned. But could somebody help my feeble mind understand something? I'm having trouble with the whole time/duration thing across the dream levels.

Reality / flight to LA = 10 hours ,
Level 1 = 1 week
Level 2 = 6 months
Level 3 = 10 years

But how did that work? Did Yusuf drive around for a week? Did that snow fortress assault really take 10 years?

Help me, I'm stupid... :dunno

If musical instruments never existed this is how all trailers would probably be. :lol

Anyone? :wave

I dont think they Yusef spent a week driving, maybe like an 1 hour or so in the dream. Not sure what that time translate to the deeper levels but if you used a kick, you'd wake from that level earlier. But I'm not sure if they woke up entirely from all the levels since Yusef was still in level 1 with everyone even after the 1st kick. Not really sure. its been awhile since I saw the movie.

I thought that was going to be excruciatingly bad, but it was hilarious. :lol

Michael Caine has revealed in an interview that:

The final scene was meant to take place in the real world, the dream is over, the top will stop spinning and fall, etc. Now, viewers can certainly feel free to interpret as they like--but if you are interested in the filmmakers' interpretation and intentions, the dream was meant to be over.

Thanks for the confirmation. But there was no doubt in my mind. None at all.

Points and laughs at all of the people that refused to believe this FACT. :rotfl

It's left ambiguous for a reason. Michael cane wasn't in the editing room. Movies shouldn't be so wrapped up and clean always.

It's like two face's death in the last batman...

jk. I wish.

It wasnt my kind of movie but i see why people like it. It was definatly original.
