I messaged the bbicn ebay store and he let me preorder it directly through him. I figured it would be ok because he has pretty good feedback on ebay.

I doubt hot toys would even dream of doing it but now there's no chance.
It's too late , I don't think the characters are visually interesting enough. I have a feeling Leo wouldn't give out his likeness rights , unless he has in the past ?.
I also don't think they'd sell to well given that they're just men in suits.

Not enough visual interest for the average collector. If the movie were to become a cult classic down the road then maybe, but I really don't see them ever existing as anything but customs.
