It is still in transit, anyways, if it is missent you can call USPS .

I always have my stuff shipped to an address in Florida, and every time it gets into US soil it shows the item in New York. Give it some time.

That isn't that long to wait, I have known stuff to take longer than that to get to the US from me and vice versa

Now, not sure if this is air or ground, but it is priority and it has been in the US for 2 weeks. Don't you think that is too long to reside here without reaching its destination?

Yes I would agree that you should have it if it has been in the US for 2 weeks! If you have tracking info however why wont USPS help you that seems crazy!!!

Yeah, I thought the same. They just mention that for any inquiries for international shipment must be made by the sender, that's what the lady said. I am going to call again, maybe get someone else, but it seems that would be the case for any inquiries. When is Jack back?

Seems crazy! I would complain if I were you, that is your tracker why can't you enquire about it, seems so silly that!

He is back the first week in February I believe

I called again. I cannot issue an investigation, it needs to be initiated by the sender with the post office that sent it. They don't even have information as to the type of service or destination on the package, that is crazy. i am very upset about this but cannot do anything on my end. I need to wait for Jack.
