I called again. I cannot issue an investigation, it needs to be initiated by the sender with the post office that sent it. They don't even have information as to the type of service or destination on the package, that is crazy. i am very upset about this but cannot do anything on my end. I need to wait for Jack.

Same thing happened to mine. Seemed like the Post Office wanted to take it on a tour of the US before delivering it. It did, eventually, arrive. Just keep checking the confirmation number. USPS usually has a set period of time before a package is considered lost.
