I am SO weak. I finally gave in and pre-ordered. I used some rewards points and in the end, it was not insanely expensive... though it's still too much for my humble economy. I'm just too afraid it becomes a Holy Grail and it gets impossible to get at a "decent" price after it's sold out, that means, just now.

I'm glad it was up again after it sold out! That was my chance!

Really strange! I logged on about 40 minutes ago and the low quantity alert actually lit the fire under my arse to pull the trigger on this one. And now I see I could have debated it a bit longer. I'm not sure if I'll keep him, at this point...

Honestly, I haven't seen an Indy film since 89, or whenever the Last Crusade came out. I wasn't completely "hooked" on the other movies as a kid (cut me some slack, it didn't have lightsabers or giant robots in it!), so my desire for this line and the new film have been just "meh" thus far. At this point, I'm ordering because it's a beautiful figure of Harrison Ford with an incredible amount of accessories and detail. Maybe I could use the extra head for a Deckard custom?

I'm thinking it may be time to hit up the local dvd rental place for a revisiting of the trilogy, just to see what you guys are all excited about. Maybe the "magic" will hit me as an adult. After all, I couldn't remember why Blade Runner was so special until I viewed the new cut recently.

So they put it back up huh? Looks to me like they had an edition size set and it sold out quicker than they expected so they bumped the edition size and put it back up for an open edition order.
