Fantastic film! It was a friend of mine, his dad, my wife and her parents - and we were the only people laughing in the theatre. I was half expecting people to walk out during the scalping scenes...

After Kill Bill, this is now my favorite Tarantino film.

Saw it for the 2nd time this evening with my brother and nephew. Liked it even more the second time. I think I'm in love with Melanie Laurent She's just about the most beautiful woman I've ever seen.

I'm really getting excited now for Hot Toys' Arlo Rain. Hope he comes with some Nazi scalps I would probably pick up all the Basterds, Hanz Landa and of course Shosanna!

I'm more excited for this figure than any others . For some reason I prefer a figure of an actual person rathr than say a predator , alien or terminator.
I loved this movie too so its a must for me. I'd love to see hot toys attempt figures from kill bill , pulp fiction and other tarantino movies.

I agree completely. I would kill for a Bride figure.

I'm sorry to bump such an old thread but me and my wife finally had a chance to see this film and simply LOVED it! I am very excited to see what Hot Toys does and also hope they do at least a few characters.

Brad Pitt was born to play this role, he had me laughing hard speaking Italian in the lobby of the theatre IMO Christoph Waltz was just brilliant, what an excellent actor.

I blind bought the Blu-ray since I love QT movies, and as expected enjoyed this one immensely. I went back to read everyone's comments to see if you guys mention Cristoph Waltz (Landa), and lo and behold, of course! He was so brilliant in this movie, and I call him to win the Best Supporting Actor nomination at the Oscars. I just recently IMDB'ed his work to see what else he was in, and saw that apparently a lot of critic nationwide are already giving him best supporting wins. Sorry good guys, but evil characters rule as best supporting actors lately (Ledger as Joker, Bardem as Anton Chigurgh).

It looks as though everybody hates Eli Roth, but I laugh my ass off everytime, he hits that Nazi in the head, and goes off about Ted Williams.
