iPhone IOS 5 something strange happened after I update?

Okay just updated my iPhone iOS 4 to 5 today and I noticed something strange? The storage space (I had left) increased (somehow went from 1.2 GB to 4.6 GB left).

I checked my Data Plan balance and it also increased from 260mb to 1.1 GB left?

Anybody know why that is?
