I've never really gone over 2GB a month, but I've come really close a few times. And I'd hate to have to ration my own usage and keep checking it. Especially since I was planning to use my iPhone as a tether. Screw them.
You laugh now until it happens to ALL carriers.
Which market analysts have already been predicting for months.
Yeah, I'm needing to replace my first gen iPhone on t-mobile pretty soon (like now-ish) but I'm not sure what I'm going to do. I was thinking of getting the HTC EVO on Sprint (coverage is good in my area but no 4G) but it has terrible battery life and, like you guys are saying, it's only a matter of time before every carrier goes tiered.
I guess I'll have a better idea on Monday...
So... no outrage about data caps?
Depending on how it is when my contract is up which is like in a year I might be dropping AT&T.
Waiting to see Jobs reaction.
Can u transfer phone numbers between providers?
Yes....
I stay away from Sprint because of their shady practices. Mainly giving the ability to track phones to law enforcement.
Well...Verizon....here I come!!!!!
I wasn't sure what you meant by this so I googled it. Wow.

Well you might as well wait until you are forced and then see where things are at. So far it is only for NEW contracts.
That's because he'll cancel a auction on eBay and wants to be able to get away from the PO PO!!!!!

Which of course we're all going to have to sign to get the new iPhone.
I just looked at the Apple site and it's 7-10 days for an iPad. Guess I won't be able to jump in on the old data plan.
Ugh, I did not think about that. SOB.
