iPod Video Question: handbrake doesn't capture whole movie

I'm tried capturing some DVD, ie: Superbad, Casino, Spirited Away etc... And the whole more isn't getting ripped. I'm using the ripping Presets Selection of "iphone/ipod touch"

I've just given up, none of those programs worked for me at all...

Handbrake seems to be designed for the Mac, and every computer that I don't use...

Hand brake works fine for me. Rips them into MP4 to use on my iphone and PS3/360

Used these last night and it was seamless, I put Raiders of the Lost Ark on my iPod!!

Needless to say, I'm gonna go crazy putting movies on my Pod now, the file is not ridiculously huge either!!

I use Amerisoft for my DVD ripping. I've gotten all the LOTR Films (EE to boot), Indy Films, Star Wars, 300, and a couple others.
