Iron Studios 1/4 Darth Vader

You know I love the two hands on Saber Pose... But it is going to be hard for me to resist this not being my main pose. I would use the closed right arm as the other option with this left had...

It look just like "rule the Galaxy as Father and Son" or "Join me its the only way" I think this photo really hits home how accurate this piece is.

Granted this base is Hoth but still it is such an iconic pose I don't know if I can avoid it being my main one... This is a good problem to have IMO



Man I wish that SSC Baspin Luke was better

I was so happy when Cinemaquette announced they were doing a Vader, but that pose killed any interest I had. His legs just seemed too far apart and it looked more like he was shaking his fist or flexing his muscles.

It says there are 4 left arms and 2 right arms. Does that mean there's an arm not holding the lightsaber?

I was so happy when Cinemaquette announced they were doing a Vader, but that pose killed any interest I had. His legs just seemed too far apart and it looked more like he was shaking his fist or flexing his muscles.

There are so many things wrong with the Cinemaquette piece its not funny. Happy for those that like it but I think this is the worst high end Vader out there IMO.

I thought the silliest thing on that piece was the maskless head. Who's going to pose him with that head in that position with a lit lightsaber?

The Helmet is awful. To me its the worst thing because that is so easy to see and should have been fixed. I hate the pose but that is up to the eye of the beholder. People bought this liking that pose so fine.. But there is no excuse for the Helmet.

In this pose, with his legs in stride, he looks like he's ready to strike. Someone's about to die.

I'm very much leaning that way. Just have to figure out what order to purchase the new Fett PF, Jyn Erso PF, Chewie, the droids, and possibly that life-size Yoda.

This does seem like it'll be the definitive 1/4 scale Vader for the forseeable future.

Right now the new Fett is at the top of my list. All the other ones are a matter of "which one do I have to buy now in order to pay the least amount later."

This Vader will be gone soon, easily faster than the others on your list. It's also probably the only one that won't be cheaper on ebay.

Must be the lighting because in some other pics it looks fine.

You can see by his dome that the camera lens is actually distorting the top of the picture.
