Not the best pics, trying to figure out where to put him. It was really difficult getting the hand with the gun in, but it worked out. Other than that, he's perfect! Love the eyes especially, so realistic.

Thank you for taking the time - great pics! Looks like another staggeringly good Bucky OMG. Suppose he's pretty well gone in the U.S. now - and on to a hopefully equally great Cap to go with him! Yeah, the gun hand - LOL when I first saw the indentation in the jacket (where the gun fits into where the arm bends) I freaked out - thought it was a defect.. Took a few minutes to get that the the gun is supposed to nestle down in there and those indentations were there on purpose.

Agree about the face - beautiful production work. IMO Falcon is also stellar and hope Tony Stark portrait is as good.

PS. I don't understand all the image rotation stuff, but Gimped your pics for yah

Opened up mine today. No issues at all EXCEPT a piece of the hair on the head sculpt broke off. I emailed Sideshow.

Bummer. Because SSC doesn't have any more from the sound of it. Hope they do right by you. Mine was shipped by UPS don't know if asking for Fed-EX and/or paying extra for shipping is useful. For me UPS seems to be the one who *squishes* the boxes the most.

Welcome! It's neat IMO your pics captured the subtle colors used in the skin tones - Falcon has this too. Yeah, I think it's good to PO Cap and I'm on the fence about IM - he's really tempting $$$$

Got mine it. Great piece! Is it me or does the hand holding the M249 not actually touch the magnet in the arm. It seems you need to angle it just right to get it to set in.

Yea I figured it out lol it does take up a lot of height but I'm impressed. This is my first IS piece and I'm very happy. Can't wait for Cap now!

Same here. Dunno how I missed it originally but I was hoping for another one. Very glad to almost have Civil War Cap paid off.

It's funny, when the proto for this was released it was "meh, didn't look like the actor". It's been very well received for such an underwhelming piece lol.

I've been waiting years for a Winter Soldier. I asked if GG would make one, they never did. SS has one that was in the works but never got approved. So I knew I had to get this one. The details are phenomenal and I look forward to Cap and what other Marvel movie pieces they make. I'd love if they tackled Logan.

Right we could have used one from TWS. But this is a great one. Now maybe they'll make Scarlet Witch, Hawkeye and Black Widow.

I'd have to go back and read all my whining and angsty posts LOL. As I recall I thought the likeness was fine, but, the hair wasn't sculpted finely enough, Bucky was so expensive, there was the Spidey thing....I remember tho the piece kind of ate away at me. Finally bit the bullet and preordered. Then I was all po'd 'coz IS would never put out images or PR. Then there were the SSC delays...pathetically searching for just some sort of image besides the usual studio box art.

So, OK, fast forward and IMO pics don't do justice to the excellence of these pieces, I think I'm in love with a statue, IMO worth every penny, and own two Buckys 'coz he's just that good. Not to mention owning BP which hadn't even been on the radar...I'm not sorry.
Well, maybe sorry because now I am going to expect this kind of quality.

I always thought that the hair complaint was just a bit overdone, as in my opinion the hair on many other statues are pretty much the same, and they were never targeted for it.

I think a lot of people just wanted to bag Iron Studios because of the issues people had with their Spidey statue.
