Well, judging by the sizes posted here, the box is actually smaller than the Prime 1 Arkham Batman, which is $50 shipping, so hopefully right around there.

You would prefer to see more of the Villan than just his tentacles? I don't think the artist was aiming for that. But at the same time I get your point if that's what your referring too

This is a Spider-man only statue yet it almost doesn't feel like it. Instead of stuffing 3 villains and a superhero into 1 statue i would of rather more focus on spider-man. He can still be just as dynamic but instead of telling the story in a single piece let multiple pieces do it. Would feel less busy maybe.

At first I was skeptical whether or not this piece would turn out ok. I thought the base had too much going on in the background and that Spiderman was smaller than the base. Then I saw it at Comic Con. I ordered it later that day. Imo, Spiderman isnt over shadowed by the base. They compliment each other very well. Again everyones take will be different but I cant wait.

To each there own.... but IMO it is a awkward looking pose, the guys left foot is above his head... he looks like a human U .... but if you like it don't let others opinions affect your decisions... I'm not a big fan of XM's pose either right now, hoping it gets some tweaks before being released.
