these Iron Studio 1/10 figs don't stand well on their own. they are attached to that pentagonal base which takes up a bit of space. They are amazingly detailed for the size though.

This may be the best one I've seen from this line. This is truly impressive.

Not that I've seen in trying to keep an eye on the CW etc. 1/4 releases e.g. sifting through recent CCXP and Disney expo vids. Seems to be lots of emphasis on SW for the moment too. But it's early yet - SUSPECT later in the year there may be some interesting releases re Thor films etc. and we know DS connected w. Thor Ragnarok, tho probably briefly in that film.

*Frown* and suspect *possibly* the CW and SW 1/4 will be a big test for IS re the Spidey issues and putting out quality 1/4. Seems like IS had a lot of good will re the 1/4 Ultron IM and Cap pieces, and then a spectacular Spidey 1/4 is put out and there's multiple problems reported from multiple buyers. Guess we'll know in a few months re the upcoming CW 1/4 releases. No point in doing a *pricey* Dr. Strange 1/4 w. that elaborate costume and possible diorama base/accessories $$$ etc. if the CW/SW stuff isn't done right.

In the meantime tho, more of the 1/10 line. Hadn't realized that w. those matte black pyramid bases, if you display/light your figures the right way, it looks like no base at all - cool.

Thanks for the info. I am really interested on getting a 1/4 scale Dr. Strange movie statue and thought Iron Studios will be also making one.
