After a bit of confusion on my part I am happy to report my statue is on the way (what are the chances of receiving 2 large statues from South America at the same time..lol)

This is one of those few times where it's so exciting to hear about how much ppl love their piece. It's just such a great piece, and though there may be some imperfections here and there (mismatched colors on the thighs, among other things), I think most people still accept it and love it wholeheartedly. I know I do. I just don't care, it's mesmerizing to stare at the finished product.

Surprisingly, the weight on this piece is very balanced. No weight leaning more to any side than the other. So no qualms there. Only a few more weeks until the XM MKVII, to see how the porcelain finish compares. I must be the only house in the world that doesn't have double A batteries.

Nah I had the same problem when my Mag vs Sentinel arrived

For me this is by far the best armor. The perfect amount of gold and red. Love it

It's the nicest of the newer ones IMO, but for me the MkIII, VI, and VII still reign supreme.

I can understand what you're saying about the brighter lights and how they are enticing, but IMO I don't think it works better. Judging from your pictures to me, the MkVI has it correct. The eyes, chest, and repulsers should be lit up as in backlit, not HID headlights.

From the looks of some of the pics of this piece on this forum and a few other places...it appears the paint job looks a little "weathered / battle damaged" in spots.

For those of you who have received yours...is that an accurate assessment?

Not that it is a problem...but I just want to know what to expect when mine arrives.

Yes. It is intentionally battle damaged. The scratches and scuffs looks really good for the most part.

was almost $650 but with out shipping and is almost impossible get him with that price same happened with xm also this come from Brazil so right now $800 to $850 plus shipping is no bad at all but some ppl sel him in $900 and he will be expensive every single day that u miss him
