after much thought and consideration i decided to go for this guy. was getting very hard to find for a good price so it was now or never. looks sick from the pics you guys have dropped so far. will finally have an iron man in my collection!

For the most part not really. Just the gold color doesn't hold up as well as the reds. Make sure he's seated completely snug on the base for the light up function. I haven't really heard of any common problems yet.

It depends on where you are getting it from. It is originally coming from Brazil which is about 150$ for standard shipping to the US where I live. It's not a terribly large box considering how big the piece is overall and how he's one complete body.

I think I heard somewhere that the paint of the shoulders wad pretty average.
Is it that bad?

I decided to purchase it as well. I needed a 1/4 Iron Man in my collection and this just looks amazing! Unfortunately, I won't get it until around Christmas.

Just got my Iron Man today and I have to say quality wise this is up there with XM pieces..... This is an awesome statue.... I can't wait for Iron Studios Capt America..

It really does live up to what others have said.

Seems like proper scale IMO.
He is supposed to be a man in a suit, so he should be bigger than most.

Just received mine...fantastic piece. Iron Studios knocked it out of the park with this one.
If you are contemplating picking this one up...jump on it. I imagine the price for this will rise rapidly in the secondary market.

given that the suit should add both size and bulk to the person inside it, i think it looks in scale with the others you showed.
