Cagoda, here are a few WIP pics for the Amanaman accessories. Still have a bit more paint to do on both and Amana himself.

The staff is top heavy so I'm trying to build a base of some kind. How do you support the staffs you make? Just with the hand?

I discovered the Hasbro skeleton is a bit wrong so had to do the deep dive into the ref pics to figure out what it looked like.

This is just so awesome!!!! Amazing work dude, I?m loving that Raiders of the Lost Ark skull, I need to do that on my personal Amanaman.
Yeah I just support the staff with the hand, it ends up being pretty top heavy and awkward. I was trying to think of maybe a mini base with magnets for the bottom of the staff but I don?t know what would work best.

I?m 3D printing it. I bought the stl?s from someone in a FB group. I?m printing it true scale 1/6, so it?ll end up at approximately 83cm in height (1/6 of 5m). It?s a bit hard to know the exact scale since we don?t really know how erect a rancor can stand and if the height is measured from there or from the more crouched position - which I?m guessing it is. So I just went for the full height in this pose. So if anything it might be a tiny bit too tall, but who knows.
As you can see I?m adding/sculpting a bit of extra details to it where needed.
It?s a full body yes, so it?s gonna be huge.

The whole thing will weight approximately 8 kilos when done. Not much since I print with only 5% infill.

Wow, this is gonna be epic!

There's no way I could display something that large but I have always wanted to see what a near-1/6 Rancor would look like next to a regular 1/6 Luke.

So one fourth of the torso is finished/printed now. Only need three more parts, but they?ll take maybe two weeks to print [emoji51]
I am doing quite a few tweaks to the sculpt to make it more accurate and detailed. Like the teeth and tongue.

It's a dream. I LOVED the Rancor as a kid. I think I brought my Kenner one everywhere. I'm on the edge of my seat to see you tackle this one Eske. He looks perfect so far!!
