Is this possible? Blitzway Reeve Superman 1/3 Scale?

Anybody have anymore information on this? Could the Arnie Kim sculpt have been for a Blitzway Statue like the Bruce Lee tributes?

I saw those years ago. I spoke to Arnie about it, just a personal project back then. Things might have changed.

There is a huge demand for a superman statue that does justice to the chris reeve name.

I know it would be an instant order for me.

Just to be clear - this is wild speculation based on the fact that Arnie Kim recently posted another shot of his Reeve sculpt without any comment and he was the one that sculpted Blitzway's Bruce Lee. There is no other evidence or announcement about Blitzway getting a DC license, or a Reeve license or Arnie saying anything about his sculpt, which has been around for years, being for a commercial product.

It would seem so. Arnie posted that pic on his Facebook account and did only comment: "10th Anniversary tribute..."

Maybe it's a misunderstanding and it was only a belated personal tribute —October 10 was the day Reeve died, whereas the post was October 22—, but boy would I be over the moon if they do release it as a commercial piece. I remember asking their CEO about it when I sent him an e-mail commending them on their GoD Lee after I got it, never to get a reply. (Just to be clear, he had replied to me two or three times before that. I'd love to think he just didn't want to give it away, but he probably was just sick of me by that point, lol.)

Anyway, Arnie has recently posted other (really) old sculpts of his, so maybe we're reading too much into this.

Make it so...please! Remember that the 'S' stands for hope-so here's hoping that we will get a true real likeness of Reeve statue. And 1/3 scale would be epic! Here's to the man that made me believe that a man could fly...RIP Christopher Reeve.

It seems like we might still be getting a Kim Reeve Superman, although it could be 1:4.

Edit: Arnie edited his Facebook post: "1/4th Reeve. Just my Art work."
