good youtube video, i was actually looking for a webiste that has a java layout of the atc radar in real time to show people just how many aircraft are out there when they think that there are so little and that is why there are less accidents :lol

just the east coast alone, you'd be pretty surprised at how many aircraft are operating at one time. on the atc radar aircraft are red...the whole east coast is a red blanket.

it really is amazing that there aren't as many crashes with so many planes in the air. the radio show where i got that video did a rough calculation that there's about 2.5 million people in the air every day.

it's also kinda interesting how the majority flows into europe at night and departs during the day

The first time I flew, I was scared going up. There was terrible turbulence all through the flight. After that, I don't mind it at all. The last time I flew there was a terrible storm and I watched it out the window. Thought it was pretty cool. It bothers me more all the stuff before and after a flight. Checking in, waiting, getting your luggage. Also, I hate flying on some planes that are so small you feel packed in like a sardine. I don't know how tall or heavy set people do it.

Anyway, I figure if it's my time to go, it's my time to go. Can't control it at all.

i can.

it's a big elaborate device with switches and levers, like x the eliminator's.

kinda sucks though, cause i have to move it every day or else the universe collapses. gotta unplug it, get it on a couple of dollies, push it around. have you ever tried to get a device of such bulk onto two dollies by yourself. it aint easy!
