Have you ever ordered something from a web site and it arrives significiantly different from your order ? I bought 2 EnterBAY figures recently from a foreign site and what arrives is not the figures but a book which I never ordered (!!!) I have my credit card company involved right now and I was asked to now ship the book back to PAYPAL .

So Many crooks out there and the guy who I ordered the merchandise now does not even return my email ..

Any experience like this happen to you ?

There was someone else on here that had close to the same problem. same figure and eventually got books after he filed a claim. :dunno

No offense to anyone overseas, but I would never buy something from overseas unless it was from a legit store or from someone I could completely trust.

I'd never trust this guy -->

Wow. That really sucks. I hope you get your money back. I think the best bet is going through your CC. I also just read the other thread where the same thing happened. I can't believe Paypal banned him! That's ridiculous!

Where were you sending it that it would take 6 weeks to get there?

canada to the uk the guy didnt want to spend more then $30 for shipping and to him was $50 so l put it on a boat and told him how long it would take, 6 weeks or so then come 4 weeks he files a claim

The only problems I've ever had is buying off foreign websites - no problems with foreign sellers through ebay. Being in Australia its maybe the only way of getting many figures

He can't file a claim after six weeks, so it sounds like he's just covering his end, just in case the item doesn't arrive. I would communicate with him to relieve some of your anxiety. Once it arrives he can drop the case and everythings sweet again.

Its happened to me before.

I ordered this:
