i bought a Black Cat Statue by Moore and it was damaged and the seller didnt want to refund me my money. I filed a paypal claim and paypal said it wants that significantly not as described. I ended up selling the statue and got more for it then I purchased. Obviously I said it was damaged in my own listing.
