A Joe is said to be next, who? Don't know yet.

They said that they have a bunch of figures in development and they pretty much get announced in the order of whichever is completed next. It sounded like they can't always say whether any given preview will be a Joe or a Cobra.

I think you're reading into it wrong. He's not so much trying to change your mind as he is continually justifying to himself why he's "not" getting him.
