He's desperately needed to add some color to the Joe shelf. The diversity is one of the things I always loved about the Joes. It'd be great to see that in the Sideshow line, sooner than later.

I can't be the only one thinking like this, but I really hope the next figure is one that totally surprises us.

It could certainly happen. We had no hints that Flint was coming before he previewed. Stalker would be great, and a relatively easy figure to do based on the amount of gear (beret, pants, guns) that he'd probably share with other figures already produced.

Will the next G.I. Joe character be a Cobra or a Joe?

Cobra VS Joe – yah, I’m not 100% sure which character is coming next. We have several Joes in the works, as well as several Cobras, and it’s sort of a race to see which get fully finished and photographed first. I think it’s likely that the next reveal will be April or May.
