Um....Yes. THey have been making announcements on Thursday Nights in their Newsletter for years!
They don't do it every single Thursday, but when a new items is announced it usually happens on Thursday.
Unless they are at a convention or show!

I don't see how they can get around NOT making certain characters.

That is being conservative.

Grunt - Now, this last choice is a personal thing...I collected GI Joe from the day they were released in 3 3/4 form and to me, Grunt WAS a GI Joe in purest form. He was a generic 'Army Man' and personified a Real American Hero (as did Duke, later on)
