I can wait for the females, but once they get that base body finished I hope they don't only do 1 or 2 like they did with the hobbit/child body. Put it to use.

It'll get plenty of use between G.I. Joe and Star Wars. I just hope Helix isn't even on their radar until we get Scarlett, Baroness, Lady Jaye, Zarana and Covergirl.

Punched hair, or "doll hair" seldom looks good in 1:6. More often than not, it looks like Barbie hair.

We want them but aren't pissed because there's a new body "in development" for them. The older Buck body is outdated and wouldn't be up to par with the newer body the guys are on. Equality and all that. :wink1:

Ugh I hate doll hair period, It can look nice sometimes and help with articulation but on the other hand it's usually never accurate to the character*the old Sailor Moon and Triad Taki dolls come to mind* and is a pain in the ass to style and keep static. And cool nice to know they're coming that eases my grievances now it's only a matter of when.

Luckily for us the Joe chicks are for the most part short haired so the sculpted hair will look good and not prevent movement. I'd like to see the Scarlet figure come with either bendable ponytail or swapable so you can have it behind her or over her shoulder.

I like this idea yes I do.

If her ponytail's the same as Laura Croft's, it won't be an issue at all.

AGENT HELIX should not be considered part of the original RAH line. Granted, I like the character, but focus on the original ladies (i.e. SCARLETT, THE BARONESS, LADY JAYE, COVER GIRL, JINX) first and then AGENT HELIX . . . then again . . . IF SIDESHOW ever manages to produce AGENT HELIX . . . that could mean we'll see 1:6 versions of some of those piece of crap 3.75" figures from THE RISE OF COBRA and THE PURSUIT OF COBRA.

Maybe AGENT HELIX could be a one off like a future SDCC exclusive or retailer exclusive?

Helix had nothing to do with the movies at all. She was part of the reboot comics by IDW. But while she's an interesting character, she wasn't around in the vintage RAH line, so yeah, wouldn't want to see her until all the other females, both Joe and Cobra have been exhausted.

Don't care if it's Torpedo or Wet-Suit, but in light on recent events, I want a Navy SEAL ASAP.

A Navy diver is bound to be on their radar. No doubt they'll want to do the environmental specialists. We've already got Dusty. I bet Snow Job's not far off, then I'd guess Torpedo (or Wet Suit) then Recondo, and maybe Alpine after that. With of course more Cobras and more classic characters like Roadblock, Gung Ho (once muscle bodies are good to go), Shipwreck (who I guess is kind of an environmental specialist as well), Bazooka, etc thrown in the mix.

As far as sea environmental characters go, I would think we'd see Shipwreck first, given his more prominent status in the cartoon. If they go for a diver/Navy SEAL look, probably Torpedo before Wet Suit - he's more of a classic character, although both or either would be welcome.

Since they are hovering around 85/86 I think it will be Shipwreck. Though I am interested in SS tackling a full scuba suit. Their James Bond one was nice.

This is like a train wreck. :lol

Yeah, I'm almost certain the first Navy guy will be Shipwreck, but you never know. No doubt a diver is in the works - I'm also interested in seeing how it turns out!

To that end I think, despite the oldschool bias, Wetsuit makes a more interesting figure than Torpedo.

Well, maybe. No doubt they'll upgrade Torpedo's gear, and I think the black and grey will look better than the baby blue.

I hope Wetsuit gets more of the deep dive type gear the original had, though - helmet, big ol' flashlight, etc - and Torpedo gets the more normal type of scuba gear. Well, if Navy SEAL gear can be normal, but you know what I mean. Just to differentiate them a bit.

Alpine And Bazooka. Two-pack. Those guys are awesome.

Yeah, surely they'll do Bazooka too. He'd better have his jersey - even if it's tucked under a combat jacket of some sort, he needs to have it.
