Yeah I usually just take it off. They aren't really very long and you risk messing up a painted sculpt. It wouldn't be too hard to make a fabric one if you need to plus you can control the length that way as well.

also, do you splurge on boots? there is a very wide range of prices for boots and I dont know which way to go.

I'm actually not a fan big fan of cloth ones becasue they don't always look right and since I usually use True Types anyway I just go with HT boots. Pretty sure Dutch and Billy boots can be had for a decent price, Toy Anxiety probably some of either.

What body are you using?

In looking at the HAWK custom/kitbash . . . I wonder . . .

IF & WHEN Sideshow decides to produce a HAWK figure for the line . . . I wonder if they'll base on the GENERAL HAWK incarnation from the cartoon or the HAWK and eventually GENERAL HAWK incarnation from the comic book series with blond hair? Maybe a classic HAWK as an exclusive with a diorama of the missile system?
