sorry if this has been posted before, but jscott holding mary jane.. wow, that is indeed such a small statue i think. more on the lines of the b&w batman series.

I think you are giving the B&W a bit more credit. MJ is like 11 or 12 inches. B%W are like 7 inches.

She is as tall as your average Bowen in a sitting position. With the base of course. I know they are not the biggest of statues, but they are definetly 1/5 scale.

Then they'll definitely look nicely in place with some Bowens.

Are Bowen 1/5 scale???? They seem smaller. I had some of the Bowen Hulks and there is no way they are 1/5 scale.

1/5 Hulk Comiquette on the top Bowen and such below. No way Bowen is 1/5 scale and thus these new Spider-man statues will not fit right in.

Bowen Hulks were about 12 to 13 inches. GS is taller then that.

Bowen hulks typically range from 1/7 to 1/8. There isn't one that's only 12 in. That hulk smash you have in there where his knees are bent is 15.5 inches tall.

For those of you concerned about 1/5 scale I can say that IMO it's a pretty nice scale. Yes you can't display it right next to your 1/4 scale but if you have them in different parts of your room nobody will be able to tell the difference.

This is a Marvel section so I am not sure if you guys visit the Star Wars thread but these are all 1/5 scale (not my pic but I own two and have seen the other in hand) and I can honestly say that this is a great example of quality over quantity. If all of SSC came out this well I would not care if they released everything 1/5 scale.

SS have produced alot of Spider-man items smaller than 1:4, I've just posted pictures of all mine in my collection thread, so I'm not worried how it will fit in.

I think this guy is going to fit in nicely with 1/4 scale statues. If you look at the spider man vs hulk diorama, spidey looks tiny in comparison to hulk. In the comic he's less than 6 ft tall. I think he's 5 11 if I remember correctly. I will have a separate display for the 3 of the SC line but those looking to only add Spidey will be pleased I think. spidey976 posted that scale comparison photo and it looks like he fits in perfect

After much deliberation I've decided to order this Its just to cool to miss and I know I will regret it later, Now I'm starting to get pulled in by MJ do I get the other 2,

Also wanting the bloody Predator maquette and need the T2 PF aswell, Sideshow is like drugs to me and I'm also in the process of getting my loft converted so I can collect more

And a few years ago I thought paying £50 for the 1/4 Neca Predator was mad

I agree, the colours and suit really pop on this version and I also prefer the base
